Founded on the principles of integrity and excellence, St. Gerald’s Secondary School Nyakibale has been nurturing Uganda’s future leaders for over a decade.

Our Story

St. Gerald’s Secondary School Nyakibale was established in 1981 under Nyakibale Catholic Parish in the Kabale Diocese. It is a government-owned mixed day and boarding secondary school offering education at both O-Level and A-Level.

The school is located in Rwakabengo Ward, Southern Division, Rukungiri Municipality, along the Rukungiri–Ntungamo Road at Nyakibale Hill.

As one of the largest schools in Rukungiri Municipality, St. Gerald’s Secondary School Nyakibale serves students from different communities, cultures and religious backgrounds.
